What We Do...

To help you get back to your life sooner!

Manual Therapy

Hands-on techniques used to reduce pain, improve mobility, and relax tight muscles and joints. This may include massage, joint mobilization, or stretching performed by your therapist to help restore normal movement.

Dry Needling

A treatment using thin, sterile needles inserted into tight or painful muscles (trigger points) to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and promote healing. It’s not acupuncture—this technique is based on modern anatomy and physical therapy principles.

Traction/Decompression

A gentle, mechanical stretching of the spine to relieve pressure on discs, nerves, or joints. Commonly used for neck or back pain, especially when symptoms involve numbness, tingling, or radiating discomfort.

Therapeutic Exercises

Customized exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and function. These movements target your specific needs and help you recover faster while preventing future injury.

Anodyne

A painless, light-based treatment that uses infrared therapy to increase circulation and reduce pain. It's especially helpful for nerve-related symptoms, such as those caused by peripheral neuropathy.

Vibration Therapy

The use of controlled vibration to stimulate muscles, improve circulation, and reduce soreness or stiffness. It’s often combined with exercise or manual therapy to enhance recovery and performance.
